Custom LED neon signs made from your words
A custom neon sign starts with your words. Type up to three lines in the neon designer, pick a font and one of 18 tube colors, and choose a width from 20 to 120 in. The price follows the width and changes only if you add color changing (RGB) or the outdoor build. Several colors in one sign cost nothing extra.
Before anything is made, we draw your sign on a free design proof. Ask for as many changes as you like; production starts only when you approve it. The proof guide shows what to check.
Each sign is flexible silicone LED neon tube pressed into a groove routed in clear acrylic about 1/4 in thick. Thin script letters get one tube along the middle of each stroke, and bold letters are outlined. It runs on 12 V DC from a plug-in adapter. The dimmer, the adapter and the mounting kit for the way you want to hang it come with every sign.
Not sure about the width? Allow about 2 in for every character on your longest line, spaces included, then see the size guide for how it looks on a wall. The font guide helps with the lettering.
This collection has a version for most jobs: the name sign for a single name, the wedding sign for names and a date, the outdoor sign for covered patios and storefronts, and the tabletop sign on a clear stand for a bar or a desk. For a logo, go to logo and business neon.
After you approve the proof, standard production takes 15 to 20 days, plus 3 to 5 days in transit in the US. If you have a date to meet, rush production brings production down to 10 to 14 days, or 7 to 9 days with Express.
- Count the characters on your longest line, spaces included, and allow about 2 in of width for each.
- Script fonts suit names and short phrases; block letters read better from across a room.
- Warm white and white look the most natural in photos.
- Choose the mounting when you order: the kit for it comes in the box.
- Leave about a month between approving the proof and the day you need the sign, or add rush production.

What size custom neon sign should I order?
Allow about 2 in of width for each character on your longest line, spaces included, so 10 characters need about 20 in. A sign seen across a room or behind a table usually wants 36 in or more. Your proof shows the width and the estimated height before anything is made.

Yes. We send a free design proof with your words, font, color and size, and change it as often as you need. Nothing is made until you approve it.
Can one sign have more than one color?
Yes. Each line or each part of the design can have its own tube color at no extra cost. Color changing (RGB) costs extra and comes with a remote for picking colors.

Yes. The fonts in the designer are a starting point. Tell us the font you want or send an example, and we match it on your proof.
Can a custom sign go outside?
Choose the outdoor build: IP67 rated tube and sealed parts, with a test report. Mount it under a roof or awning, and keep the adapter and plug dry, indoors or in a covered weatherproof outlet box.
