Logo neon signs made from your artwork

A logo neon sign starts with the artwork you already have. Send it with your order, or after checkout when we email to ask for it. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the cleanest result, but a photo or a sketch is enough to start. We redraw the logo as tube paths and send a free mockup with the size, and nothing is made until you approve it.

LED neon tube is about 1/4 in wide, so a logo is simplified a little. Thin lines get one tube along their centre, bold shapes are outlined, and sharp corners are rounded to about 3/4 in. Small text and fine detail that tube cannot draw are UV printed on the board instead. The logo guide shows what changes and what stays.

There are two ways to build it. The custom logo neon sign draws the logo in tube on clear acrylic: a round logo sits on a clear circle and a word mark on a rounded rectangle. The neon sign on a printed backboard prints the full-color artwork on the board and traces the main lines in neon on top, so the whole logo still shows when the sign is off. It suits detailed or many-color logos and costs the same. For a panel with a soft glow around its edges, see the backlit printed sign in light boxes.

Widths run from 20 to 120 in, in one or several fixed colors or color changing (RGB), for indoors or outdoors. For a reception wall, 36 to 48 in is a good place to start; the office wall project walks through it. If a landlord or fire inspector needs a flame-retardant board, ask for polycarbonate instead of acrylic.

Ordering for several locations, or the same sign again? Use the trade form and we quote the whole order.

  • Send the best file you have; vector files give the cleanest tube lines.
  • Keep small text and taglines for the printed board; they are too fine for tube.
  • A black backboard helps the logo stand out on a busy or patterned wall.
  • For a reception wall, start at 36 to 48 in and check the size on your mockup.
  • Ask for a flame-retardant polycarbonate board if your landlord or fire inspector requires one.

Questions

What file do I need to send for a logo sign?

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the cleanest lines, but a photo, a screenshot or a sketch is enough to start. We redraw it as tube paths and show you the result on a free mockup before anything is made.

Will the sign look exactly like my logo?

Close, with small changes: the tube is about 1/4 in wide, sharp corners are rounded, and very fine details are printed on the board instead of drawn in tube. If every detail matters, choose the printed backboard version, which keeps the full artwork.

Can a logo sign have several colors?

Yes. Each part of the logo can have its own fixed tube color at no extra cost. Color changing (RGB) is also available and costs extra.

Can a logo sign go outside?

Yes, choose Outdoor (waterproof): IP67 rated tube and sealed parts, with a test report. Mount it under a roof or awning and keep the adapter dry, indoors or in a covered weatherproof outlet box.

Do you make logo signs for several locations?

Yes. For several locations, a franchise or repeat orders, send the details through the trade form and we quote the whole order with one mockup to approve.
