Neon Sign on a Printed Backboard, Full-Color Logo with Neon

Some logos are too detailed for tube alone: gradients, photos, many colors, fine lines or a small tagline. On this sign the whole artwork is UV printed in full color on the acrylic backboard, and the main lines are traced in LED neon on top. You get the glow of neon and every detail of the logo, and the sign still shows the full design when it is switched off, which helps in a shop window during the day.

It is a good fit for brand logos, illustrations, event graphics and any artwork that would lose too much if it were reduced to lines.

You send the logo or artwork; vector files work best, but a clear image is enough to start. If you have not sent it before checkout, we ask for it by email after the order. We prepare the print, pick the main lines to trace in tube and send a free mockup with the size. Revisions are free, and nothing is made until you approve.

The neon is flexible silicone LED neon tube pressed into a groove routed in the acrylic, about 1/4 in (6 mm) thick, on 12 V DC. Thin lines get one tube along their center, and corners are gently rounded. The printed board costs nothing extra: the price follows the width, color changing (RGB) and the IP67 outdoor build, the same as our custom logo neon sign.

Included: the printed backboard with the neon, a remote or in-line dimmer, the mounting kit for your installation and the plug-in adapter. Standard production is 15 to 20 days after approval, plus 3 to 5 days in transit, with a 2-year warranty and free repair.

Choose this version when your logo depends on color, shading, photos or fine detail that tube cannot draw. If it is simple line art or bold lettering, the custom logo neon sign without print gives a lighter, floating look on clear acrylic.

For the width, measure the wall or window and pick a size a little narrower than the space; over a desk or a counter, about two thirds of its width looks balanced. Small text in the print must be large enough to read from where people stand, so go wider for a sign seen from across a room.

In a window that people pass in daylight, the print does the work by day and the neon draws the eye after dark. Choose outdoor only if the sign will face the weather.
