Three speeds, counted in days to make the sign:

  • Standard: 15 to 20 days, included with every sign
  • Priority: 10 to 14 days
  • Express: 7 to 9 days

Transit within the US takes another 3 to 5 days on top of any of these.

The days count from the day you approve the design proof, not from the day you order. The proof is free and always comes first, so the easiest way to save time is to reply to it quickly and send all your changes together.

Add one rush per custom sign. If two signs need to arrive together, add rush to each of them. If we cannot meet a date, we tell you before production starts.

Rush works for custom LED neon signs (text, names, weddings, logos, outdoor and tabletop) and for our ready-made designs. For real glass neon or a light box, ask us before ordering rush.

Rush changes how soon your sign is made, not the sign itself. You still get the same free proof, the same build and the same 2-year warranty with free repair.

How to choose

Work back from the day you need the sign in hand. Add 3 to 5 days of transit to the production time, and leave a few days for the proof.

If standard production (15 to 20 days) plus transit still lands before your date, you do not need rush. If it is close, Priority (10 to 14 days) saves about a week. Express (7 to 9 days) is for tight dates, such as a wedding or an opening only a few weeks away. Not sure? Ask us with your date before you order.

When do the days start?

On the day you approve the design proof, not the order date. Replying to the proof quickly is the easiest way to save time.

Does rush make shipping faster too?

No. Rush shortens the time to make the sign; transit within the US still takes 3 to 5 days after it ships.

Do I need one rush for each sign?

Yes. Add one rush per custom sign in your order, so every sign moves ahead together.

What if you cannot meet my date?

We tell you before production starts, so you can decide what to do.

Can I add rush to a glass neon sign or a light box?
