Office logo wall
A logo in neon behind reception is the first thing visitors see and the backdrop for team photos. Send the logo file you have; we redraw it and send a free mockup with the size.
What you need
- Size
- Behind a reception desk, 36 to 60 in wide depending on the wall, with clear wall around it. In a meeting room or behind a video-call desk, 24 to 36 in.
- Color
- Use your brand colors; each part of the logo can have its own tube color at no extra cost. If the brand colors are dark, white or warm white looks clean.
- Backboard
- A round logo sits on a clear circle and a word mark on a rounded rectangle. For a detailed logo, the printed backboard keeps every color, and a backlit printed panel glows around its edges.
- Mounting
- Wall standoffs float the sign about 1 in off the wall for a finished look; a large sign takes more standoffs. Ask for a flame-retardant polycarbonate board if the building requires one.
- Power
- Plan the outlet before the sign goes up so the cable can drop straight down behind the desk. A DC extension cable adds up to 16 ft; use one rather than several.
- When to order
- After you approve the free mockup, production takes 15 to 20 days, plus 3 to 5 days in transit. For an office opening, add rush production.

How it comes together
- Send your logo file, a vector file if you have one.
- Tell us the wall width and where the sign goes.
- Review the free mockup: size, colors and which details are printed.
- Choose the backboard and approve the proof.
- Mark the standoff holes level on the wall and fix the barrels.
- Hang the sign, screw on the caps and connect the adapter.
Tip: Leave the tagline off at first: small text is printed on the board, and seeing the mockup with and without it makes the choice easy.
