Once you approve, we route the board and fit the tube to your drawing. Standard production is 15 to 20 days.

Your sign arrives with its adapter, dimmer and mounting kit. Plug it in and hang it.
Questions
How is the width of a neon sign measured?
Left to right across the longest line, board included. The height follows from your text and the font; the designer estimates it and your free proof gives the exact size.

We email you a free proof of your sign drawn at its real size. Ask for as many changes as you like; nothing is made until you approve it. Standard production is 15 to 20 days after approval.
Can I use another font or my logo?
Yes. Name the font in your order note or send the file and we match it on the proof. For logos, the custom logo neon sign takes your artwork.
