A neon version of your logo puts your brand on the wall in a way people notice: behind the reception desk, in a shop window, over a bar or at a trade show booth. Choose the width, single color or color changing, and indoor or outdoor, then send us the logo.

Vector files work best, but a clear photo or even a sketch is enough to start. If you did not send the logo before checkout, we email you after the order to collect it.

We redraw your logo as tube paths. Thin lines follow the center of each stroke with one tube; bold letters and solid shapes are outlined. Tube corners are gently rounded, and small text or fine detail is UV printed on the board instead of bent in tube. Then we send a free mockup with the size. Revisions are free, and nothing is made until you approve.

The board is a clean shape: a round logo sits on a clear circle, text sits on a rounded rectangle, and separate parts are joined by a band, never by thin bridges. For a logo with many colors and fine detail, the printed backboard version keeps the full artwork and traces the main lines in neon.

Each sign is flexible silicone LED neon tube in clear acrylic about 1/4 in (6 mm) thick, on 12 V DC. Several fixed colors in one logo cost nothing extra; color changing (RGB) and the IP67 outdoor build are options. Included: the backboard, a remote or in-line dimmer, the mounting kit for your installation and the plug-in adapter. Standard production is 15 to 20 days after approval, plus 3 to 5 days in transit, with a 2-year warranty and free repair.

How to choose

Measure the wall, window or booth where the logo will go and pick a width a little narrower than that space. Over a reception desk, a sign about two thirds as wide as the desk looks balanced. As a starting point, 24 to 36 in suits a shop window or a booth, 36 to 60 in a reception wall, and 72 in or more a lobby or a stage. If people must read a name from across the room, allow about 1 in of letter height for every 10 ft of distance.

Single color suits most logos and can still use several fixed colors at no extra cost; choose color changing (RGB) only if you want to switch colors with the remote. Choose outdoor for anything exposed to weather. If your logo relies on gradients, photos or fine detail, look at the printed backboard version.

What file should I send, and how?

A vector file such as SVG or PDF works best; a clear PNG or JPG, a photo or even a sketch is enough to start. Upload it with our quote form for a mockup and price, or order here and reply to the email we send after checkout.

What affects the price?

The width, single color or color changing (RGB), and indoor or outdoor. Several fixed colors, the backboard shape, the dimmer and the mounting kit cost nothing extra; rush production is an optional add-on.

Will it look like my original logo?

We follow your artwork closely. Corners in tube are rounded to about 3/4 in, and details too small for tube are UV printed on the board; the free mockup shows how it will look before you approve.

What happens to small text in my logo?

Text too small to bend in tube, such as a tagline, is UV printed on the board in place. For a logo with many small details, choose the printed backboard version.

Can the logo be in more than one color?

Yes. Several fixed colors from our 18 tube colors cost nothing extra on a single-color sign. Color changing (RGB) lets one sign switch between colors.

When do I see it, and how long does it take?

We email a free mockup with the size first; revisions are free and nothing is made until you approve. Standard production then takes 15 to 20 days, plus 3 to 5 days in transit within the US, and Priority (10 to 14 days) or Express (7 to 9 days) can shorten it.

Can it go outside?

Choose the outdoor build: the tube and sealed parts are rated IP67, with a test report. Keep the plug-in adapter dry, indoors or in a covered weatherproof outlet box.

Can you meet a venue's fire rules?

Where a venue or fire inspector requires it, we make the board in flame-retardant polycarbonate instead of acrylic; tell us when you order. The sign runs on 12 V DC, and the plug-in adapter's power supply is cULus Listed and double insulated.
